Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development (R&D) to drive R&D services.

Key Responsibilities :

Set-up meetings with key decision makers to identify, qualify, consult, and close opportunities

Proactively target and expand new accounts while developing strategic client relationships

Write proposals, manage pipeline, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery teams

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement

7-10 years of relevant experience in selling Learning and Development services to the pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record of achieving quotas in the range of $3M+

Experience with SalesForce for pipeline and opportunity tracking is desired

Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
