What You'll Do
- Use the ADDIE process to develop engaging training programs and materials that are accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Partner with the Director of Learning & Development, subject matter experts (SMEs), and firm leadership to execute comprehensive learning programs and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights by analyzing training data and reporting on learning outcomes and business impact.
- Design and deliver learner-centered training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led programs, videos, simulations, and assessments.
- Manage and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to support firm-wide training initiatives.
- Connect staff and management with developmental training needs and assist with employee goal setting and development plans.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, instructional design innovations, adult learning principles, and best practices in learning and development.
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate both in-person and hybrid learning events.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and licenses to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organization of Learning & Development resources and communication.
- Partner with business teams to develop materials and agendas for in-person onboarding events.
- Work with the EE team and departments to update and organize online program pathways for new employee orientation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Experience in instructional design and curriculum planning preferred.Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.Proven experience working in LMS platforms.Ability to foster collaboration and design inclusive learning experiences that account for diverse perspectives and cultural differences.Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.Strong project and process management skills.Advanced verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Action-oriented, results-focused.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Able to understand and translate technical information.Business acumen.Demonstrate accuracy and quality control.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS platforms (Sana preferred).What We Offer
