Line Cook - Cafe 52

Bring your passion to the plate with Café 52 at Stag Lodge! We're looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented cooks to join our dinner service team in our private HOA restaurant. From mastering the sauté station to crafting fresh, vibrant salads, you'll play a key role in creating flavorful, memorable meals for our residents and guests.

Duties include :

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including lunch dishes, pizza, bar food, appetizers, high-end lunch selections, and après-ski offerings, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.

Location : Cafe 52, located in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Start Date : November 15, 2025

Employment Type : Full Time Seasonal

Pay Rate : $20- $24 / hour based on experience

Schedule : 10 : 30am - 6 : 30pm Thursday to Monday

Minimum Requirements

You bring strong culinary knowledge, excellent grill and cooking skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in high-end restaurants or private clubs, with a passion for delivering exceptional food and dining experiences.
