Salary : $12-$14
POSITION SUMMARY :
Cleans and services building areas according to established procedures. Moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around facility. Performs a variety of environmental services duties to maintain the facility in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment may be moderate to high. The work environment may include chemicals used for cleaning, and have dust, mist, and stream generated in housekeeping tasks. This is a smoke-free workplace.
The employee must provide documentation of a tuberculosis test during new-hire orientation and annually thereafter.

Education : High School Graduate
License : None
Experience : Minimum of 1-3 years housekeeping experience working in a hospital or nursing home environment.
The Administrator must be a sound leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cooperation across departmental lines and manage information, environmental and fiscal resources to accomplish goals. The Administrator must be able to maintain and demonstrate a broad knowledge of the tasks and assets necessary to accomplish the company objectives. Must have knowledge about needs and requirements of third party payers and the ability to be culturally sensitive to diverse groupings of employees and consumers of services as well as maintain knowledge of age / disability competency to the program areas served. Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and uphold high standards of care throughout the organization.
