A company is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with compliance activities, including reviewing and maintaining required documentation
Prepare and send offer letters to candidates as directed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior administrative experience preferred, especially in a professional or corporate environment
Strong Excel skills are required (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
