Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client-facing liaison and engagement manager, coordinating with various internal teams
Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, ensuring service delivery and client satisfaction
Develop project plans, manage risks, and provide timely reporting on project status and resource dependencies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in managing system implementations and integration projects with multi-million-dollar contracts
5+ years of public sector experience with large-scale, complex solutions
5+ years of Program and Project Management experience through the full SDLC
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
