Corporate Counsel - Public Company (Boston)

A Renowned Fitness Company is looking to hire a Corporate Counsel. This company positively impacts the lives of millions around the globe, helping them prioritize their physical and mental well-being through movement and exercise. This iconic Public Company is looking to expand their legal team by adding an Counsel who focuses specifically on public corporate matters. Responsibilities :

• Support lean legal team with any and all corporate matters
• Work directly with Senior Corporate AGC
• Duties include, but aren't limited to :
• Corporate Governance
• SEC Filings
• Proxy Statements
• Investor Presentations
• M&A activities
• Joint Ventures
• Draft and review policies and procedures
• Manage outside counsel

Requirements :

3 days a week on-site in Hampton, NH, or 2 days a week for Boston-based candidates
