Now we’re expanding into an exciting new arena— HVAC services —and we’re looking for a Licensed HVAC Supervisor to lead the way. Role Overview

As the HVAC Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of our HVAC expansion. You’ll be responsible for overseeing installations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations. You’ll not only manage the technical side of the business, but also mentor a growing team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect completed HVAC jobs and verify that quality installations meet code requirements before permits are closed out.

Perform and oversee replacements of furnaces, air conditioning units, and water heaters.

Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure long-term reliability.

Train and mentor HVAC technicians and apprentices to meet Renew’s quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and installations.

Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and environmental regulations.

Communicate effectively with homeowners, sales staff, and office teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Current and valid Ohio HVAC License (required).

Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation and supervisory experience.

Strong technical expertise in residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and ductwork.

Proven ability to manage inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.

High attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship and safety.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make on-the-spot decisions.

Good communication skills for both team leadership and customer interaction.

EPA Certification and NATE Certification preferred (but not required).
