Housekeeper - Ravenswood Station Apartments - Part-Time

Ravenswood Station Apartments in Ravenswood, WV, is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team.

Job Summary

The Housekeeper The housekeeper plays an important role in maintaining a great first impression and is responsible for daily cleaning multi-family apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units, and internal and external common areas.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and / or any other common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting when necessary
• Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
• Picks up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Part-Time - $12.00 - 13.00 per hour. Based on Experience
