As a Sales Manager , you play a critical role in driving revenue and business growth through inside sales and customer relationship management (CRM). You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, following up with customers before and after service appointments, and converting leads into scheduled jobs. By delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging our CRM system, you will help maximize our service bookings and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound sales calls , provide service information, and convert inquiries into booked jobs.
• Conduct CRM follow-ups with leads and past customers to generate repeat business and upsell additional services.
• Proactively contact customers before and after service appointments to confirm details, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately price services over the phone and prepare service estimates.
• Track and report sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to optimize scheduling and job completion.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to all interactions.
