The Scheduling Support Specialist position is being hired for a part-time or full-time basis!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure coverage of authorized services for Community Programs participants.

Schedule and update shift assignments in the EVV system for Direct Care Workers and Community Partners according to authorization from payers.

Configure new EVV features

Communicate with agency directors, supervisors, and coordinators regarding any EVV system issues
