Job Overview / Summary :
Pulivarthi Group is seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join a collaborative, clinician-driven behavioral health team. This position offers unparalleled autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to practice in the best interest of your patients-free from corporate administrative interference. You will work closely with therapists and prescribers in a team-based format designed to provide high-quality, coordinated psychiatric care.
Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management for adult patients.
Participate in team-based collaboration with therapists and Nurse Practitioners.
Engage in monthly case discussions with collaborating therapists to review patient progress and clinical approaches.
Optionally supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners.
Conduct all clinical work remotely, choosing your own days and hours.
Support interdisciplinary coordination to ensure seamless patient care.
Primary Skills :
Expertise in adult psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
Proficiency in both medication management and psychotherapy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :
Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff or Nurse Practitioners.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
Interest in integrative and evidence-based behavioral health practices.
Qualifications :
Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE / BC) in Psychiatry.
Fully licensed to practice in one or more U.S. states.
Active, unencumbered DEA license.
Demonstrated experience in both therapy and medication management.
