Express Employment Professionals in Chanhassen is looking for a Shipping / Receiving to work at a company in Winsted. The starting pay is $21-30 / hr. DOE! This position is working Monday-Thursday from 6am-4 : 30pm and on Friday from 6am-3 : 30pm. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a positive work environment that cares about your well being! Duties :

Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
Utilize shipping dashboard to indicate when shipments will need to be delivered to customers.
Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling packages accurately.
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities in the warehouse management system.
Collaborate with the order fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move goods safely within the facility.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.
Experience in using a table saw, nail gun, screw gun and reading a tape measure.
Adhere to safety protocols while handling materials and operating equipment.

Experience Required :

Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or similar warehouse environment is preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely.

Familiarity with order fulfillment processes is a plus.

Basic math skills are essential for inventory management and order processing.

Experience with warehouse management systems is beneficial.

Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping procedures is required.

Experience in material handling and warehouse operations
