Trillium Construction is seeking a skilled Plumbing Superintendent for direct hire in Louisville, Kentucky!

Our client, a respected HVAC contractor, is expanding their team and looking for an experienced Plumbing Superintendent. This role involves overseeing and managing multiple commercial plumbing projects of varying sizes in the area. Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the President and Operations Manager, carrying out assigned duties. - Lead an installation team, setting a high standard for timely, efficient, and profitable completion of tasks. - Independently manage complex installations and handle on-call duties as needed. - Perform quality control inspections on jobs, ensuring high standards are met and training new employees as required. - Manage all plumbing field operations, including tasks not directly performed by you. - Collaborate with the Operations Manager in recruiting, disciplining, and promoting field personnel, ensuring adherence to installation practices and company quality standards. - Review labor estimates to consistently meet or exceed labor budgets, with a focus on achieving the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set at $50 Gross Margin Per Hour (GMPMH). - Enforce safety policies and ensure safety documentation (e.g., PTSAs, Toolbox Talks) is maintained. - Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project success and smooth coordination across teams.
