Site Acquisition Project Manager

Selectek is looking for a Site Acquisition Project Manager (SAPM) who will use project management expertise to oversee staff processes and procedures, client relations, time schedules, deliverables, and quality performance to successful completion of wireless site development. The SAPM will be responsible for managing leasing and zoning specialists and reporting to both client and company senior management. The SAPM will also ensure that the company meets production, budget, and deadline goals for the project.

Required :

• 5+ years wireless industry experience with previous project management responsibilities
• Prior experience with AT&T wireless projects highly preferred
• Ability to travel to site
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills required. Respond to emails promptly. Ability to explain issues clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a highly interdependent team of individual contributors
• Highly organized and disciplined with proven time management skills
• Real Estate license preferred
• Thorough understanding and experience completing both new build and site modification projects for wireless sites preferred
• Strong computer background, MS Office, especially Word and Excel preferred
• US Citizen or ability to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship

Sponsorship : No

Pay Range :

$43.27 / hour - $48.08 / hour ($90,000 - $100,000)

Term of assignment : Temp 1.5 years +

Pay Method when Direct :

Hourly

Location of Job :

Remote - Must be located in CST

Hours & Shift :

Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6 : 30AM)

WFH : Yes

Remote :

Yes need to be in CST; preferred they are in IL / WI / IN.

Overtime : Not much expected

Travel :

Some travel to sites possible
