Associate Director, Data Management (Remote - US)

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead data management initiatives for complex clinical studies, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and actionable data across the drug development lifecycle. You will oversee outsourced clinical data management teams, collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations and quality assurance, and drive best practices in clinical data oversight. Accountabilities

In this role, you will :

• Lead and oversee outsourced clinical data management (CDM) activities across global studies, from study startup through database lock and archiving.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CROs, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and regulatory standards including 21 CFR Part 11.
• Provide expert guidance to study teams on data-related decisions, resolving issues and escalating when necessary to maintain study integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations and Quality Assurance, to ensure data quality, traceability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance data management efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Mentor and guide data management professionals, fostering professional growth and high-performance standards.
