Compensation Base Range : $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 Annually

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Paid Media Manager will lead strategy, execution, and optimization across all digital advertising channels including Google Ads, Meta, CTV, programmatic, Amazon, and emerging platforms. This role is highly analytical and results-driven, with ownership of both top-line growth and efficiency metrics. Working closely with product, creative, and ecommerce teams, the Paid Media Manager will ensure campaigns align with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI. In addition to driving direct-to-consumer revenue, this role will also be responsible for generating and nurturing commercial leads through paid media channels to support B2B growth.
