Position Title : Projects (Development) Lawyer

Location : Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. | Remote possible for select markets

Salary Range : $250,000 – $435,000 annually (Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco)

About the Opportunity

Global law firm, Band 1 Chambers-ranked Projects team.

Key Responsibilities

5+ years of construction, procurement, and project development experience

Renewable energy or oil & gas sector experience preferred

Negotiating EPC agreements, O&M agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and development agreements

Strong academic credentials

Additional Information : Work on high-profile energy transition projects, exposure to global legal practices
