What You'll Do

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and completing meal solutions across departments
• Ensure product quality and proper rotation; perform sanitation procedures and complete reports as necessary
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
• Present yourself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards

Availability

This position requires a schedule of 3 : 00 am – 11 : 00 am with typical days off Sunday and Wednesday. A shift differential of $2.00 per hour applies for hours 12 : 00 am – 5 : 00 am. As a full-time team member, you may be asked to meet the needs of stores, guests, and teams with a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
