Position Summary : We are seeking a focused and driven Teacher to join our team. The best fit must create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong commitment to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and emotionally supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage exploration, problem-solving, and hands-on learning through engaging activities.
• Monitor and assess children's development and provide individualized support where needed.
• Establish strong communication with parents / guardians to discuss progress and concerns.
• Organize and facilitate group activities, storytelling, music, and art projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space that meets health and safety guidelines.
• Guide children in developing self-regulation skills, conflict resolution, and positive social interactions.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources to support learning objectives.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the curriculum and overall learning experience of learners.
• Track attendance, maintain records, and prepare reports on student development.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student development, concerns, and achievements.

Qualifications :

We’re offering a $500 sign-on bonus for new hires who successfully complete 90 days of employment .
