Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development. Key Responsibilities : Own and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue and expand the company's footprint across the Northeast region Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with skilled nursing facilities and other key referral sources Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with referral partners and key healthcare decision-makers Required Qualifications : 5-10 years of leadership experience in business development within healthcare services or related sectors Proven track record of securing partnerships and driving revenue in a complex environment Experience managing both business development and operational functions Deep understanding of healthcare referral networks and patient transitions MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
