Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Cyber Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of critical cybersecurity tools ensuring these tools are effectively integrated, operational, and continuously improved.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and upgrades of cybersecurity tools
- Respond to and resolve support tickets, tool-related incidents, and integration issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed documentation of tool configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers in managing a portfolio of security tools
- Support audit and compliance activities by providing tool data, reports, and documentation
- Lead tool evaluation, procurement, and implementation projects
- Manage vendor relationships, including support escalations, contract renewals, and roadmap discussions
- Develop and execute strategic plans for tool deployment, lifecycle management, and integration with enterprise systems
Qualifications
Education Required :
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Education Preferred :
Experience Required :
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial roleExperience Preferred :
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial roleLicenses / Certifications Required :
CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalentTechnical Skills and Abilities
Proven experience deploying and managing DLP, proxy, endpoint, and cloud security tools.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience responding to tool-related support issues.Additional Requirements
