About The Job

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) & Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE), reporting to the Senior Director of GSS & SIE. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and their strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier development & industrialization efforts to support the company's global operations and manufacturing goals in Electrical commodities (Harnesses, Connectors, PCBAs, Battery, Semiconductor). This role requires strong people management experience, deep technical expertise in electrical manufacturing processes, and the ability to deliver on strategic initiatives. What You'll Do

Strategic Sourcing

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Electrical commodities (Harnesses, Connectors, PCBAs, Battery, Semiconductor) to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain resilience.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers with strong capabilities in Electrical manufacturing.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.

US Salary Range : $152,000 - $228,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
