About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Service Request Specialist - Third Shift.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient person to provide end user support for our managed services operation. The successful candidate will submit requests to vendors & resolve tickets. When necessary, the Service Request Specialist will cross-train and participate in other responsibilities of the Contact Center team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Submit MACD requests (moves, adds, changes, and disconnects).

• Submit vendors orders to request equipment on behalf of DMI customers.
• Update systems assets.
• Assist with activation of mobile phones.
• Monitor vendor responses to resolve tickets.
• Oversee the organization of our ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Assist other teams with overflow work.

Location : Training will be completed onsite in our Sharonville, OH office. Once training is completed, the position will be remote.

Hours : Third Shift - 9pm-6am EST
