Location : Austin, Texas

Assignment Type : 12-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire

Compensation : $40-45 per hour depending on experience

Benefits : The position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Must have skills :

1) At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst

2) Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals :

• How financials are recorded
• Meaning of debits and credits
• Concepts like revenue and commission expenses

3) Experience gathering accounting requirements for ERP or system implementations

4) Understand SQL queries and develop ad hoc reports

5) Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills used for testing and validation (VLOOKUP, macros)

Non-Technical Requirements :

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Communication and collaboration skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and different levels of management.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
