Job Summary

Key Position Details

This is a unique position where you are the subject matter expert as the only LADC on the team for in person integrated mental health and substance use partial hospitalization program. This role works as part of an interdisciplinary team with mental health professionals and practitioners.

• 1.0 FTE (80-hours per two-week pay period)
• 8-hour day shifts
• No weekends

Job Description

Utilizes critical thinking skills in the counseling process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Provision of patient care is based on care management, quality / resource, stewardship, patient advocacy / customer service and role modeling.

Principle Responsibilities

Perform initial assessment and screen for admission to addiction services.

Complete treatment plan per department process.

Facilitate group and individual counseling, as identified by treatment plan.

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Pay Range

Pay Range : $25.50 to $34.94 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
