LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a board-certified MD or DO with a strong interest in integrative / functional medicine, preferably with experience or passion in oncology. Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive medical evaluations including history, physical exam, and relevant diagnostics with an integrative perspective.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand the underlying causes of chronic illnesses.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans combining conventional medicine with integrative approaches.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Participate in preventive care, lifestyle medicine counseling, wellness promotion, and patient education.
- Manage chronic diseases with attention to inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal balance, immune health, etc.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory, licensure, and credentialing standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement, clinical program development, and process optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in alternative medicine and oncology.
Qualifications :
Must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree and hold an active, unrestricted medical license in the United States.Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, integrative medicine, or other primary care field.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Preferred Qualifications :
