Senior Application Analyst - ServiceNow

Summary

Responsible for :

• Advise organization on best practices within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhancing experiences.
• Deliver proof of concept and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow development to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows.
• Configure and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
• Stay current of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Preferred. Will accept 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Experience Requirements

8+ years as a ServiceNow Administrator. Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, scripting, and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Demonstrated Experience With Various ServiceNow Platform Areas Such As

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred.
