Position Summary :

We’re seeking a Senior Director, Brand Innovation to lead the charge in transforming Buldak from a category disruptor into a multi-category powerhouse. This role will define the long-term innovation roadmap, translate consumer insights into breakthrough products, and deliver bold new experiences that fuel brand love and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Innovation Strategy : Build and own a 3–5 year category expansion pipeline, balancing brand equity, cultural relevance, and financial growth.

Product Development : Lead the end-to-end process from white space identification to launch, partnering with R&D, insights, supply chain, and sales.

Go-to-Market Leadership : Drive breakthrough launch strategies and 360°ree; campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and next-gen consumers.

Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner with global and local teams to align innovation priorities, secure retailer support, and deliver scalable growth.

Performance & Insights : Track results, manage budgets, and apply a test-and-learn mindset to accelerate success.

Requirements :

7–10 years in CPG brand management / innovation, with food & beverage strongly preferred.

Proven track record of scaling a brand from launch to $100M+ revenue.

Demonstrated success in category expansion and brand extensions.

P&L leader who thrives in fast-growth, high-energy environments.

Experience building Gen Z–focused brands with digital-first storytelling and cultural trend fluency preferred

Strong e-commerce and omni-channel experience, including DTC and retail media preferred

The base salary for this position is between $160,000.00 and $190,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, PTO / FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
