Job Opening : Mid Level Logistics Analyst

Duration : 6 months with possible extension

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $55 - $65 / hr

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Transportation Oversight (60%)

  • Supervise daily outbound transportation activities on-site at the Groveport, OH 3PL facility.
  • Report to the Sr. Manager, US / CA Outbound Transportation (remote) while collaborating with the broader transportation team.
  • Partner with the 3PL’s routing lead to ensure accurate and timely prepaid freight routing.
  • Troubleshoot daily operational issues, leveraging on-site presence for quick resolutions.
  • Monitor execution against operational standards and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for transportation projects and ad hoc requests.

3PL Operations Support (40%)

  • Serve as a point of operational support for the Groveport DC Director .
  • Standardize and maintain operational reporting, while fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics, helping the operations team resolve issues and improve results.
  • Assist in preparing business review materials, including monthly performance updates and executive reports .

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills , with the ability to collaborate across on-site and remote teams.
  • Prior experience with 3PLs or transportation providers strongly preferred.
  • Solid analytical and presentation skills —capable of turning data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
