What you'll need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • Hands-on knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman)
  • Familiarity with n8n and other AI or generative automation tools for testing or workflow automation
  • Experience working in regulated industries; financial services / trading platforms strongly preferred
  • Solid programming / scripting in Python, JavaScript, C#, Scala, or Java
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep belief in preventative quality practices and building testable systems by design
