Join our team as an Independent Supported Living Professional in Bismarck, ND!

Are you passionate about helping individuals with disabilities live independently and achieve their goals? Do you have experience providing support and guidance to promote independence and well-being? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference as an Independent Supported Living Professional at Enable, Inc in Bismarck, ND.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes
  • Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks
  • Implementing individualized support plans to help clients achieve their goals and maximize their independence
  • Advocating for the rights and needs of clients in the community
  • Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Documenting progress and reporting any concerns to supervisors

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record as defined by Enable, Inc's policy and reliable transportation
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community
