Pay : $24.00 $26.00 / Hourly

Job Description

We're seeking detail-oriented and analytical AP professionals to assist with a high-volume payables environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and reconcile invoice and payment data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintenance processes.
• Monitor and release invoice holds in a timely manner.
• Assist with bank and data validation activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with team members across multiple sites to confirm data alignment with check runs.
• Provide backup support for additional AP functions as needed.
