Location : Arvada, CO (serving Denver Metro & beyond)

Compensation : $25 $33 / hour, based on experience

The Role

Were seeking a professional, detail-oriented Sign Installer who can represent our company with integrity and pride. Youll be responsible for on-site installations of interior code-compliant ADA signage, dimensional products, environmental vinyl graphics, and occasional exterior signage. This role requires someone who is independent , safety conscious, and able to communicate and work effectively with both clients and teammates.

What Youll Do

  • Install ADA, dimensional, vinyl, and other custom signage on-site
  • Represent Graphicworks with professionalism and courtesy at client locations
  • Travel locally across the Denver Metro area (and occasionally beyond)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and installation vehicle (cleanliness & upkeep)
  • Work safely, keeping job sites clean and organized
  • Assist production team with fabrication and prep work when needed
  • Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
  • Lead a small team when the project requires more than one installer

    • What Were Looking For

  • Experience in the sign industry is preferred but not required (construction experience a plus)
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented, and a quality-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, load, and transport signage and materials
  • Comfortable with construction environments and adherence to safety practices
