What You'll Do :

Everyday Hero : Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Your support will make their days brighter and their lives easier.
Cheerful Companion : Build meaningful relationships with residents through engaging conversations, shared laughter, and heartfelt care.
Health Advocate : Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions, and provide updates to the nursing team. Your keen observations help us keep our care top-notch.
Team Player : Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other team members to provide seamless care and a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
Problem-Solver : Address and resolve any concerns or needs that arise with a positive attitude and quick thinking.
