Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to focus exclusively on customer acquisition from a significant focused TAM that aligns closely with our existing customer base (i.e we are going after prospects we understand). This role is ideal for a sales professional who has experience in the restaurant sector (because buyers talk about restaurant business and operational problems) and has experience in markets where most prospects have worked with competitive solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle sales efforts focused on net-new customer acquisition.Handle full sales effort from prospecting, to demos, through to closing.Prospect and earn the engagement of decision-makers at mid-sized, multi-unit franchise restaurant groupsConduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations to decision makers (restaurant managers, area managers, VPs of Operations)Effectively position Rosnet’s competitive advantages against alternative solutionsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts and follow-upsCollaborate with leadership and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and competitive insightsAccurately manage forecasts, pipeline stages, and deal progression in HubspotRepresent Rosnet at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as neededQualifications / Experiences wanted
3–7 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a competitive, mid-market environment. At least 2 years of experience managing your own target and hitting it.Demonstrated ability to win deals where prospects use an incumbent solutionComfortable selling at a smaller, less-established company (vs. big-brand name)Experience prospecting without an SDR and demo-ing without a sales engineerStrong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with restaurant industry and its operational challenges is highly valuedHunter mentality – self-motivated, persistent, and driven by resultsBachelor’s degree required or equivalent experienceWhy Join Rosnet?
