This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency. The role works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute Paid Media deliverables, with a focus on high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B.
Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
Provide direct support to client contacts
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements
Build quarterly strategies for clients
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM
Maintain personal productivity and utilization
Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals through client relationships
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications) 2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.)
Strong understanding of paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization
Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, or similar tools to drive decisions
Ability to measure results and deliver via OCT
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.; proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
Ability to translate strategy into storytelling with data
Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and industry awareness
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
Quality-focused and passionate about advertising
Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment (North Star Metrics and Client Satisfaction scores)
Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services aligned with client goals
Clearly communicate results to client contacts and executives
Make sound strategic decisions for account direction
Benefits Salary : base range $70,000–$80,000 USD per year, with potential bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on skills and experience

Work Environment Requirements Remote-first company. You may work from anywhere in the US; opportunities may exist for global locations where Abe has established operations. You must have work authorization for your location. This role operates 100% virtually from a home office and uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration. You may need to use a laptop (PC or Mac) and typical productivity tools. You should be able to stay stationary for extended periods, understand written and verbal communication, have reliable internet, and maintain a professional background.
