We are searching for full-time Outpatient Administrative Supervisor to join our team of professionals in our Fleetwood office. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The Administrative Supervisor supervises non-direct care staff ensuring that the OPT program operates effectively, and program employees maintain qualifications and training requirements to provide quality care.

What Do I Need?

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, Human Services, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. (required)

Other Requirements

  • You will maintain all required state and federal clearances.
  • You will be resourceful with the ability to work with a team and independently.
  • You will have basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • You will demonstrate proven organizational and effective prioritization skills.
  • You will exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • What Will I Do?

  • You will supervise the assigned staff, evaluates employee performance, and make recommendations for employment actions to the Clinical Supervisor or Human Resources as necessary.
  • You will monitor daily operations, facilitate / co-facilitate staff meetings, conduct staff training / coaching opportunities, and manage administrative tasks.
  • You will deliver and document supervision, consultation, and support to assigned staff following regulatory and agency policies and procedures.
  • You will review / select program applicants ensuring qualifications are met for position of choice.
  • You will interview applicants, conduct reference checks, and provide and / or assist with orientation and onboarding activities of new employees.
  • You will monitor staff qualifications and training requirements, making sure they follow applicable regulations.
  • You will assist with the overall daily management of the OPT program and provide supervision to non-direct care staff.
  • You will assist in ensuring that staff schedules meet the needs of the clients served and that services are provided in a manner that meets their parents', legal guardians, or caregivers' schedules.
  • You will assist with assuring that program benchmarks are reached and that quality clinical services are provided in a manner that meets quality standards.
  • You will assist with the development and maintenance of quality improvement plans for the OPT program.
  • You may provide Case Management functions such as processing referrals, verification of insurance, scheduling for intake assessments, etc. as necessary
  • Hours of Work

    Typical hours for this position are Monday Friday during business hours.

    The ability to offer supervisory support for urgent matters beyond regular business hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

    $41,400-50,600
