Position Summary
Were looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable about spirits and cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with consistency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
- Manage bar setup, restocking, and breakdown while keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Check IDs and enforce responsible service of alcohol in compliance with Florida laws.
- Support teammates and contribute to a smooth, efficient shift.
