Key Responsibilities
Own execution across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Performance Max for high-priority markets
Manage channel structure, targeting, bidding, and pacing to balance growth with efficiency metrics
Design and implement structured test plans and report on performance trends to inform strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search, particularly with Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
Proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing for CAC and LTV goals
Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Arabic
Experience with channel-specific tools like Google Ads Editor and performance reporting platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
