What's in it for You?Autonomy & Impact : Care for patients across a wide range of age groups, social backgrounds, and cultures helping them achieve meaningful health outcomes in their own homes, making a real impact in your community.Self-Scheduling : You choose your hours meeting the needs of patient care while working around school pick-ups, appointments, or other commitments you might have.Scheduling available : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PMWeekends & Holidays (On Call Only) : One Weekend per month (or less)1 summer holiday 1 winter holiday per yearPart-Time to Full-Time Options : Caregivers working 16hrs or more per week are eligible for Full Benefits, 401K and PTO accrual Mileage Reimbursement : Currently $0.70 / mile (subject to federal rate changes).Education Assistance : ASN to BSN assistance (up to $16,000).BSN to MSN assistance (up to $16,000). What You'll Do : Deliver skilled nursing care as directed by a physician in a home setting.Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Monitor patient progress, document services provided, and adapt care as needed.Educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
