Celesstar Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Cyber Analysis Support Services (CASS) Contract. Responsibilities :

• The PM manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Receive tasking in Production Center and assign to contract team to provide the required information on time for the suspense given. Provide technical and AIS review of all production including formal assessments, technical reports, RFIs, briefings, or other production methods.
• Monitor production analysis suspense to ensure on-time delivery of all products. Coordinate with Government lead on any schedule or cost issues as they arise.
