Q : Do I need prior insurance experience to apply?
A : No! We provide full training. If you're motivated and willing to get licensed, we’ll help you succeed.
Q : Will I need to be licensed before I start?
A : No, but you must be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health license shortly after hire. Already licensed? That’s a big plus.
Q : Is this a commission-only role?
A : Not at all. We offer a base salary plus commission , along with regular bonuses and incentives.
Q : Where do the leads come from?
A : Leads may be provided and include referrals, marketing campaigns, and current clients. You’re also encouraged to network within your community.
Q : What does a typical day look like?
A : You’ll be connecting with new and existing clients, educating them on insurance options, and following up on leads — all while collaborating with your team and developing your skills.
Q : Will I be working on a team or independently?
A : Both. You’ll manage your own book of business but will also benefit from being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
