ERA / EFT Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an ERA / EFT Enrollment Specialist who will manage the automated receipt of payments and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) from payers.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming payments to identify payers eligible for EDI, ERA, and EFT processing

Create enrollment requests and follow up to confirm approval and activation

Monitor billing and payment data from payers to implement required updates

Required Qualifications

Experience with EDI, ERA, and EFT processing

Familiarity with billing and payment procedures in healthcare

Ability to communicate effectively with clearinghouses and payers

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enrollment requests

Knowledge of HIPAA security regulations
