Shift : M-F 5 x 8 Days 0830-1700

Facility will do (13 or 26 weeks)

On Call / Weekend Requirements : Neither

Float Requirement : None

LOCAL RATE WITHIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY

Requirements :

• DC licensure - pending licensure accepted but must have proof of application at time of submittal for consideration, & must have IN HAND at time of start
• RDN Certification
• 2 years of experience : outpatient / clinic; experience with short gut syndrome; experience with enteral nutrition (tube feedings) and total parenteral nutrition (TPN)
• This facility requires all employees to have their flu vaccination
