Armed Security Officer

Excelsior Defense Inc. is looking for Armed Security Officers for the Orlando, Florida area. Must have Both "D" and "G" Florida Issues Security Licenses.

Excelsior Defense is looking for a part-time job to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel. Yu will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions and maintain access control of the property. Doing rounds, scanning in different points throughout the property in the Orlando Housing Contract.

The Officer needs to be prompt with patrolling the community to make sure everything is safe.

This position is in the Orlando Area

Part Time :

1. Tuesday and Wednesday  9pm to 5am

2. Saturday and Sunday   9pm to 5am

3. Thursday and Friday     9pm to 5am

Qualification :

Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment

Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances

Act lawfully in direct defense or life or property

Apprehend criminals and evict violators

Report on detaining any suspicious incidents

Report Writing

Skilled Required :

Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position

Valid D and G Security License (you must have both licenses and both need to be active)

Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

Must have own weapon

Excellent knowledge of public safety and secrity procedures / protocols

Surveillance skills and detail orientation

Integrity and professionalism

Detailed report writing

Base Rate : $18.11 Hour
