Entry Level Clinical Research Recruiter

Actalent is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an entry level Clinical Research Recruiter near Plano, TX!

What You'll Do :

• Responsible for recruiting patients for study participation via incoming calls, cold calls and texting platform(s)
• Conducts phone screening interviews with potential panelists according to protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria while documenting each potential participant's eligibility or exclusion
• Works closely with Coordinators to execute recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility
• Schedules panelists' screening visits and conduct reminder calls
• Maintains valid recruitment data through database updates and other tools as necessary
• Follows recruitment policies & procedures for tracking participants
• Participates as needed in recruitment activities to include implementing recruiting strategies, preparing action goals and schedules
• Provides weekly status updates on recruitment activities
• Maintains an active panelist pipeline even when recruitment for a specific study is not underway
• Attends study meetings (pre & post) as required by the leadership team
• Reads and understands each assigned protocol

Schedule : 10 : 00AM-6 : 30PM M-F, Rotating Saturdays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 / hr.
