Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical surgical, telemetry, or float pool setting

Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of application)

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (current and valid)

Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption is provided

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse specialties within the Med / Surg Telemetry Float Pool

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications as prescribed

Utilize telemetry equipment to observe and respond to patient status changes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical best practices

Demonstrate adaptability and strong clinical skills across various hospital units and patient populations
