Job Summary
The Associate Property Manager supports the Property Management organization in ensuring efficient operations and maximizing the value of the real estate portfolio. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a set of assigned properties, handling engagements, resolving issues, and managing property-related projects.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and direct interaction with property owners. It requires strong project management, customer service, and organizational skills to deliver high-quality service and results aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for all site-related activities within your assigned portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales) and external stakeholders.
Deploy and coordinate resources to address site issues efficiently.
Manage and resolve complex property owner inquiries, including ownership changes, lease renewals, and payments .
Track and maintain property cases and documentation in Salesforce .
Support internal contract-related tasks : landlord consents, expansions, terminations, and redevelopment.
Ensure all actions align with the company’s financial interests and relationship goals.
Develop long-term, professional relationships with property owners and their representatives.
Handle property data tracking and reporting .
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of direct property management experience
Proven ability to deliver customer service and manage projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and planning capabilities
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Understanding of real estate leases and contract interpretation
Cross-functional team collaboration
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
