Key Responsibilities
Educate members on programs for surgery, cancer, and infusion care, helping them understand the value of their benefits
Build trust and rapport through empathetic conversations, assisting members in navigating their options
Meet and exceed performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing, outreach, or service role
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting performance targets
High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when engaging with diverse audiences
